Where do you ship?

We ship within the USA only.  

We do not ship to Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississipi, New York, Oklahoma, and Tennessee because of those state's laws.  We also will not ship to new customers who reside in states that have pending legislation whether or not the legislation may or may not succeed.  

Shipping address:

Quick Tianeptine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that tracking shows delivered to the shipping address the customer provided at checkout. 

Make sure that you provide the correct information for shipping purposes. 

We are not liable for an undelivered package due to an incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

In the event a package is returned to Quick Tianeptine we will notify the customer and take steps to resolve the issue by reshipping or refunding the order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free! (ships by USPS First Class Mail)

We also offer USPS Priority, USPS Express, FedEx, and UPS shipping options.

Do you have same day shipping?

Yes, for orders placed and paid for before 1 pm PST Monday thru Friday.  No orders processed on Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holidays.

How long will my order take to arrive?

2 to 5 days if you select Free Shipping which is USPS First Class Mail.  (see USPS FCM delivery standards map below)

  • USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 days.
  • USPS Express Mail 1 to 2 days.
  • FedEx Home Delivery between 1­–5 days, with most packages arriving within 3 business days. (see FedEx Home delivery standards map below)
  • FedEx 2-Day most packages by 4.30pm on the second business day.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight 1 day.  **NO SATURDAY DELIVERY.**
  • FedEx Priority Overnight 1 day and will deliver on Saturday for an additional fee.
  • UPS Ground 1 to 5 days.  (see UPS GROUND delivery standards map below)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 1 to 2 days, will deliver on Saturday for an additional fee if shipped on Thursday.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver 1 day and will deliver on Saturday for an additional fee.
Note: Sundays and Federal Holidays do not count toward transit times.  Transit time is calculated by business days.

Which couriers do you use?

United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We offer 1-2 day shipping via USPS express mail for $25.50.

We also offer 2 FedEx Overnight options, and UPS Next Day Air prices vary depending on service selected and destination. 

You may select overnight delivery options at your own risk.  Quick Tianeptine is not responsible for late or mishandled USPS Priority, USPS Express, or FedEx shipments.

Once the item has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for delivery or handling.

We will not provide any refunds for shipping expenses.

Do you provide tracking?

A tracking number will be sent to the email you have provided when your order has processed. (Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.)

What days do you ship?

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

After placing my order, how long does it take for you to ship the package?

We ship orders the same day the order was placed if the order was placed and confirmed paid before 1PM PST Monday thru Friday.

What if my order is lost in the mail or late?

If your package is not delivered by the estimated delivery date, alert us at contact@quicktianeptine.com and provide the invoice number or tracking number for the late package.

We will not reship any lost or late package until the following time standards have been met:

  • USPS Express reships after 3 days late
  • USPS Priority reships after 3 days late
  • USPS First Class Mail reships after 7 days late
  • FedEx Overnight reships after 3 days late 
  • FedEx Home Delivery reships after 7 days late
  • UPS Next Day Air reships after 3 days late
  • UPS 2nd Day Air reships after 3 days late
  • UPS Ground reships after 7 days late

Quick Tianeptine is not responsible for any costs associated with late, lost, or mishandled shipments by the shipping carrier.

There are no refunds for shipping expenses.
