Where do you ship?

We ship within the USA only.

Quick Tianeptine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that tracking shows delivered to the shipping address the customer provided at checkout. 

Make sure that you provide the correct information for shipping purposes. 

We are not liable for an undelivered package due to an incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

In the event a package is returned to Quick Tianeptine we will notify the customer and take steps to resolve the issue by reshipping or refunding the order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free! (ships by USPS First Class Mail)

We also offer USPS Priority, USPS Express and FedEx shipping options.

Do you have same day shipping?

Yes, for orders placed and paid for before 1 pm PST Monday thru Friday.  The Saturday cut off for FedEx orders is 11:30 am PST and 12:00 noon PST for USPS shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

3-4 days (excluding mistakes made by USPS)

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We offer 1-2 day shipping via USPS express mail for $25.50.

We also offer 2 FedEx Overnight options, prices vary depending on service selected and destination. 

You may select overnight delivery options at your own risk.  Quick Tianeptine is not responsible for late or mishandled USPS Priority, USPS Express, or FedEx shipments.

Once the item has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for delivery or handling.

We will not provide any refunds for shipping expenses.

Do you provide tracking?

A tracking number will be sent to the email you have provided when your order has processed. (Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.)

What days do you ship?

We ship Monday-Saturday.

After placing my order, how long does it take for you to ship the package?

We ship orders the same day the order was placed if the order was placed and confirmed paid before 1PM PST Monday thru Friday, and before 12:00 noon PST Saturdays.

What if my order is lost in the mail or late?

We must wait at least 3 business days after the order goes past the estimated delivery date before we can begin resolution procedures.  

We have various ways to resolve lost or late deliveries and will work with you to resolve the issue.  We can give full refunds in many cases, or replace the missing product at no charge.  

Quick Tianeptine is not responsible for any costs associated with late, lost, or mishandled shipments by the shipping carrier.

There are no refunds for shipping expenses.
